went NYP yesterday with steph to see our dar!!!
haha~ but the event kinda screw up
suppose to start ard 330pm /4pm but it only started around 430pm
and leehom only manage to sing 2 songs (改变自己 & 我们的歌), few minutes of interview and giving out prize to those students who bring 10 -20kg of books and magazine for recycling
jealous, got autograph singles and the environmentally friendly 环保筷

we wanted him to sing more and i think he wish to too
however, his 经纪人 was down there shaking head =(

but still i am contented to see him =)

went to 陈绮贞 concert just now with melissa
kinda a last min thing
we only decided to go yesterday night

the seats that were assigned to us is still quite okie
row 1 of A5 block (haha~ as if u all know is where huh?!)
it's right side of the stage...
if she is standing quite behind then we cant really see her (except the big big screen which is directly in front of us)

super funny cause our dear melissa here dont really know 陈绮贞's song
the only one she knows is "让我想一想"
as for me, surprisingly i know more than what i thought i know

her concert is quite okie
实力派... throughout the concert only 2 outfit (and somemore both are quite simple outfit)
which means she dont really have time to drink water or even rest
no extremely dramatic makeup (or did she make up in the first place? haha)
no guest...
just her, her guitar and a band
simple but nice

at first i thought her fans sure very 冷静派
wont scream, wont shout de
but WRONG

no doubt at first we find it kinda boring
both of us almost wanna zzz le
but second half everyone started standing and run to the front of the stage...
haha~ and ya this time no more big big screen
we are right in front of the stage, in the centre

and this is the first time i watch a concert where there are 5 encores!!!
(i wonder if it is more than 5 cause we didnt stay till the very end cause we gotta catch the last train)

actually i am really lazy to blog about my taiwan trip
cause i got too many pictures to select and upload...

so instead of not blogging at all
can i just do a short summary on my trip?

7th sept 2007 evening around 6pm
reach 桃园国际机场
since i am with a group of more mature adults
i didnt sia suay myself by taking lotsa pictures of the airport or wad-so-ever

another 1 hour plus of travelling from airport to hotel
but luckily we dont have to take cab or bus on our own
the EMI representative make some arrangement to get someone to fetch us
by the time we reach the hotel it's already 7 or 8 plus le...
sleepy but excited =)

haha~ you will see 旺旺 everywhere (including towers)


went to walk around with the other winner-yx and her fren to 士林夜市
on our way there...

hmm i dont think i will ever see this happening in spore mrt stations right?


at 士林夜市 bought 卤肉饭，蚝煎 and 青蛙下蛋 which i forgot to take pictures =x (too hungry le)


and spending the rest of the night watching tv in the hotel =p

day 2
after buffet breakfast at the hotel
we (the other winner -yx and me) proceed to 淡水 to walk around and buy food!!!

bought 梅子,铁蛋 and 鱼酥 (which again i didnt take pictures on =x)
oh and the super tall ice-cream which personally i think nothing nice about it

went back to the hotel to put our stuff and went 淡水渔人码头 with the EMI representative, 933 DJ zhi yong, his friend and 2 EMI Taiwan representative =)

if your eyesight is superb, there are quite a number of people standing at the bridge waiting to watch the concert =p

it's even nicer than those spore 售票 concert =p

hmm somehow i think i look weird in this picture
(as in not very natural-- but i believe is normal right?)
and unfortunately there is autograph session immediately after the concert,
so we dont really have time to talk a lot and take more pictures


but then she is super friendly,
despite the super limited time and i believe it's quite tiring after an 1 hour plus concert
she will listen to you sincerely, shake hands with you and give you a big hug =)
that's why i always believe that she is different from many famous singers
many will get proud or aka 大头 or even take fans for granted
but she is one who really appreciate her fans =)

though not my first autograph of amei, it's really special since this is the album that brings luck to me...
without it, i wont be even given a chance to go taiwan this holiday =)

if i am still in taiwan, i will be having BBQ with my aunt, uncle and cousin =(
somehow i am quite sick of eating mooncakes le...
and not to mention "playing" with lanterns... haha~

yeah~ i missed my camera =)

At first the person didnt want to waive off the 'workmanship fee'
but after calling the technician and went back home to take the taiwan warranty
the fee was finally waived off

haha~ luckily is not the girl who called me before that who serve me
cause if it was her, i can confirm she wont want to help me at all...

thanks steph for accompanying me =)
though i am still quite paiseh to let u see my super messy home =x

went steph favourite bubble tea shop for some snacks and drink
and shop around after that
bought a super cute file and a new bag while steph bought a super duper cute organiser which she believed she wont be using when she graduate =p

haha~ i wont be using this file when i grad too =p








haha~ like what steph says, i spend the money that i saved from the camera workmanship to get things for myself =x

(btw, steph, the perfume is "midnight fantasy")

it has been 1 week since i came back from taiwan
and i have not blog about my trip
suppose to do it today but got quite a number of things to do =x

rather fast and busy week
busy with getting myself into the mood of studying and school
i simply hate afternoon slots!!! afternoon slots= no life. cause i wake up late, attend lectures, by the time i reach home slack a while... time to go zzz le =x

busy meeting up various group of frens- melissa, liting & sing siew and perfect 5 (minus our dear zx whom i thought will have more time with us after her cca stuff =x)

oh ya, and not forgetting elsa 21st birthday party on saturday!

this coming week will be another busy one
gotta catch up with my driving lessons,more tuitions since my tutee SA2 is approaching
and since leehom is coming, i will be busy meeting up with him too =p
(steph, no fan club t-shirt how huh?! haha~ =x)

forgot to bring my handphone out today
and when i reach home, lotsa missed calls and sms
haha~ sometimes i find it very funny
when i bring my phone out, no "business"

but when i forget to bring
"people in the whole world" seems to be looking for me =x

sony call me today, saying that my camera repair will cost $185
hmm though expensive
i should be thankful that it's not $300 =p

and guess what the person says if got international warranty
$80 of workmanship will be waived
i told him that my camera was bought in taiwan and the one i got is taiwan warranty

and i check with my aunt, that's the only warranty that they issue
[the shop in taiwan says they only issue international warranty in the case of laptop and those big big equipments--somemore need to pay extra if you want international warranty (?!)]

joker guy ask me to send back taiwan and repair
crazy~ he pay for the transportation fee issit?

oh yah, finally manage to watch leehom taiwan concert on youtube
but somehow i think amei's one more impressive
in terms of stage and fans' response
leehom one cause they are doing unplugged
stage a bit "lok kok" then the songs not as high
but no doubt leehom piano skill is as usual superb =)

but i believe people like steph and pris will b very interested right?

first management science methods lecture
kinda worried at first as quite a number of people say that you wont be able to understand what the lecturer is saying

but then after today's lecture
i think still quite okie
(though some parts i really dont understand what he is talking about =x)

my room is in total mess
i got lotsa notes to read through since i missed 3 lectures last week =(
but then, i am too tired and lazy to start now...
and weekend got so many activities...

haha~ actually in fact, i got ALL the songs in my mp3 le
cause i managed to get them from my cousin when i am in taiwan =)

kinda funny actually
we are having desserts at night
then i realise that the songs they are playing are by jolin
but sounds unfamiliar
so my uncle went to ask the staff and they openly say that is new album and they downloaded it =x

and yah, that's how i manage to get those songs before album release =p
but overall i think only those fast songs not very nice
slow ones better

hmm let me digress a bit
today is my first day of school
i am almost late for my lecture cause i only left home ard 11 plus [when my lecture is at 12pm]
haha~ super holiday mood man

OT (organisational theory) lecture not bad
the lecturer quite lame and funny
[he quite hokkien huh?!]
no doubt i still think that the module is challenging and boring to a certain extend
but i should be thankful for having a "lame" lecturer to entertain me =)

bought 2 textbooks at $100.10
super expensive man
i am always in a dilemma whether to buy the books or not
but since i am so lazy to borrow books in the library and photocopy,
i still bought it in the end =x

went bugis [the feeling is weird, not used to all the english words around me] to send my camera for repair

yupz, my camera was dented during my taiwan trip
yes my new camera that my aunt and cousin bought for me
the less than 3 months camera

my bro accidentally dropped it while saving his bottle

but the lucky thing is that everything is still working just that the case is somehow out of shape
*sobz*

but the replacement of the outer casing seemed to be very expensive
since is due to personal careless-ness, the warranty doesnt seem to be helpful
check with the person at sony gallery and he says that the replacement may cost all the way to $300!!!

omg! if that's the case,
the camera i am owning now is super expensive
$699 + $300???
but no matter how much it is, i am going to send it for replacement

i am back in spore yesterday
haha~ didnt blog because i am busying unpacking all the stuff and sleeping
[i slept around 5pm yesterday and only wake up at 8 plus this morning =x]

should have take a picture on our luggage
from 2 not-fully-packed luggages
to 2 fully-packed ones and another small one, additional 2 hand carry and 1 backpack =x
it looks as if 4 people are travelling loh =p

still loading the pictures to my comp

in less than 24hrs, i will be back in spore =)
no doubt i miss spore, miss my parents and friends
but how i wish i can further extend my trip for a few more days [or even a week]

but i simply cant imagine how much stuff i am going to bring back if i stay for a few more days

i just received a call from SIM [which at first i am going to start complaining if i have not receive the call]
yeah! school fee due date extend to 20th sept instead =p

i had been calling them since yesterday requesting for an extension of payment since i wont b in singapore
and after 4 calls and 2 emails, they finally decided to extend the payment date till 20th. so SIM girls, dont have to rush to make payment on the first day of school le.
[i think i am not the only one who complained]

yeah!

went jalan bukit merah just now to collect my amei poster and single.
sotong me lost my way, i missed the stop but luckily i manage to find the place =)
though tired, but still...

results finally out

i cleared all modules *happy*
my goal is one step nearer =)
must thank all my lecturers for pushing us, forcing us to revise, memorise and practise

the macro paper that i think i screwed it up ended up being my best module
i think the marker feels that i am very brave to do those "sure-die" type question that's why give me higher marks for encouragement
[though i believe that if i never do the wrong questions the marks will be even better, but i am contented]

and i always think i am not good in essay writing cause last year my soci and business management not very well done, but this time heng heng my LBO nv disappoint me =)

girls, let's work hard and pia for the last year yah
we must all do well together =)

and i just receive email from EMI again
asking me when i wanna go down and collect the autograph poster and single
and the person also remind me to bring camera [which of cause i will bring man], cause there will be a meet & greet session with amei at the backstage after the concert
[can take pictures and shake hands]
*scream*

now the results is out and somehow my wish is granted
我终于可以放心去台湾玩了！
