Woohoo, it's quite unusual that I blog so early right?
Reason is simple, cause I end work early today =)
Before I start, Happy Birthday to Yuan Rong,

Time flies, especially this week
Before I realised, it's already Friday!
(though I always believed that "weekends fly even faster then weekdays" =x)
August is coming to an end and here comes September
Sad to say, no public holiday in the month of September... *sobz*
The only thing I look forward to so far is that after getting my 3rd pay, I can apply for credit card
Though many people tell me that the bank nowadays no need 3 months pay slip
But still, stubborn me only want to apply after 3 month pay
At least I go a goal to work towards to... ...
But no matter what, there is only one thing that can make me LOVE september...
Result is coming... ...

Weekly updates!
Okie i think i can name my blog as "something something 一周"
haha~ updates for the week
Overall this week is a very pleasant one, work is still quite okie (I have learn to 看开一点, not to take things too personal and be more positive =p)
And I am glad to have a group of fun colleagues whereby I can depend on when I am tired, high or emotional
Almost everyday after work, we will find somewhere to sit and chit chat and not forgetting gossips =x
Monday was at Starbucks, Tues and Wed at TCC and Thurs at company's carpark as there is this Durian Festival whereby there is freeflow of Mao Shan Durian *nice* and other fruits
Hmm, I like the welfare man, and not forgetting the food of the month, Renaldo's Apple Strudel *yummy*
Haha~ now I really understand why Eileen says working here will grow fat *omg*
It's all about food~~~
As for yesterday, meet Melissa, Steph & Victor and my parents to Spore Fireworks Festival
Compared to last year whereby me and Melissa got chased out by Esplanade library people and a kind soul gave us the tickets and we RUN ALL THE WAY from esplanade to floating platform, this year we are lucky, got tickets beforehand

After slacking for half a day
Went St James with my brother to attend Jam Hsiao 收藏萧敬腾音乐会
This is the 3rd time I see him
1st time was last year at Amei concert in Taiwan
2nd time was FIR Concert on Friday
And today is the 3rd time... ...
That's him and Pei Fen
His fan club bought him a guitar, with cat drawing on the guitar
Btw, he is a cat lover and got a cat called 白灰
Okie, actually I didnt take a lot of pictures of him cause both my brother and I are not interested on that
Instead, I video all his singing... ...

Next, had dinner at Tajimaya Yakiniku at Vivocity
The food there is really nice *yummy yummy*
But quite expensive also, set meal for 2 cost me $100+
(my bro really know how to make full use of my money huh?!)
Last but not least, I bought new perfume for myself...
Hmm but I am a bit kiasu this time
Bought 2 bottles... ...
I love the pink pouch with samples... ...
Enough of all these
Something that I promise myself,
no more shopping and good food till the end of the month...
Friends, if you see me shopping and eating good & expensive food, please scold me
I have been spending like nobody's business recently, which is not a very good sign

Hmm but the fact is my pay is far below 5k...

I woke up at 7am today
Shocked that how come my alarm clock didnt work and at the same time,
Feel bored and sian cause it's the start of the week again... =(
But I was wrong
Today is Sunday and NOT Monday
Then, I went back to sleep
However, I was quite sad cause this "Monday blues" is going to repeat again tomorrow
Actually, for the past 3 days (ie Wed to Fri), I dont have to work
Reason simply because I attended my Orientation
And during these 3 days, it's not just about having fun, playing games, know more friends, know more about the company culture, purpose and values etc
It's also a chance whereby we can know ourselves better
That's a very artistic drawing done by a "kid"... ...
About her meaning of life...
You all are not suppose to laugh at this drawing
Cause they are only given a few mins to draw it and
Remember, laughing at a kid will hurt her feelings k?! *dotz*
Ya, meaning of life

Only family friends and what SHE like
And there is something that I dont understand
I mention to some of you that I dont like to network
But as a councillor and prefect and CCA leader all these while,
I managed to engage people and make lotsa new friends
Then why I cant or dont like networking?
It's suppose to be the same? or at least similiar?
That's something that I will spend some time to think about it
In fact, after this orientation,
I began to like my job a bit better
But however, I dont understand why I feel so reluctant when I woke up this morning
So how am I going to overcome this?
I wrote down a list of reasons "Why I work" and "Why working 'here' is not as bad as what I think" and paste it somewhere in my room
And at the same time, remember this quote
"A wise man once said, if you enjoy what you do, you never have to work a day in your entire life! So enjoy what you do!"
Why I work
-because I have graduated
-it's time to work and earn money so that the quality of life can improve a bit
-money = shopping = concert= good food= savings for future use
Why working here is not as bad as what I think
-not bad pay
-no OT required
-normal office hours
-not many follow up cases to do
-dont have to meet customer
-no sales target to hit
-good colleagues
-early release and other welfare
blah blah blah, cannot continue the list here cause this will slowly reveal where I am working... haha~
Anyway, hope this works and make me feel better

Meet up Zixin, Shuqi and Siyun in the evening at Suntec for a short gathering and dinner
Next, was FIR concert at Indoor Stadium with Siyun and her friends
Some pathetic pictures (cause the seats wasnt too fantastic)
Faye and Real singing 天天夜夜
And not forgetting the guest of the day, Jam Hsiao
By the way, he sang three songs, namely We will rock you (with Faye), 收藏 & 王子的新衣
*impressive*
Overall, it's a good show
Faye can sing pretty well though at times not really that stable and was quite worried that she will "die" halfway throughout the concert
But the other 2 members I find that they are quite useless (FIR fans dont kill me)
And there isnt any surprise... ...
Furthermore, like Eason's case, I believed amei and leehom concert will overtake them
*maybe it's a bias source but I REALLY THINK SO*
And thanks Siyun for commenting that I watch concert more than I watch movies
Hmm, very true... so I should watch MORE MOVIES huh?!

Yeah! It's weekend again
I love Friday and weekend... Woohoo
*how i wish everyday is weekend*
As for yesterday, met Fion, Shannon and Shirui
It's an advance birthday celebration
Dinner was at Suntec Shillawon Korean Cuisine
We had buffet dinner and it's quite nice
*definitely nicer than the novena restaurant that I condemn*
The buffet is abt $35 per person, quite a variety of things you can choose from
No photos of the food at this moment...
Fion, I want the photos... I assume you will blog tomorrow after meeting us???
The only 2 photos that I have...
As for today, went Bugis with Melissa to buy the pouch I want
Haha~ it's fated.
The guess bag don't have the colour that I want
So I bought the kipling one instead =x
*broke but happy*
After lunch at V8, we headed to Suntec (ya, Suntec again) to watch Mummy 3 Tomb of the Dragon Emperor
Erm, I beg everyone of you not to watch it cause it's quite a stupid movie
Lucky I got the ticket through company ballot
If not spending almost $10 per person for this kind of movie is such a waste of money
I strongly discourage you all to watch it

Seriously I think it's a 中西合并失败作
I think they try too hard... Really CMI
There's something that I don't understand, 为什么华人到这些ang mo的地方拍戏都是演反派? 不然就死到很惨。在华人地区，李连杰算大牌，到那里好像变成临演。Then why they still want to go there?
Anyway, after the comedy, since none of us got tickets to watch ndp this year
We went Marina Food Court to watch fireworks
Testing which mode to use... ...
