Happy 21st Birthday to Wen Sheng

Here's wishing Wen Sheng a very Happy 21st Birthday =)

I am very tired and sleepy now
Reached home around 7plus this morning
I am clever enough to bring my specs there cause I foresee that we will be staying overnight
But kinda sad cause I didn't bring my other barangs along
Spend the whole night at the chalet eating, playing Wii and chit chat

Wii is really fun man
But kinda paiseh cause I don't really play at first
The kids are the ones who teach me how to play =x

There is one game whereby you gotta shake the controller and "wash the clothes"
And after playing that game I was given a nick of "洗衣婆"
Just because nobody can beat me in that game
(hmm am I suppose to be proud of that? "洗衣婆" doesn't sound very fantastic leh)

Though today is quite a bad day but there is a list of things that brighten up my day

Not that boring week

By right, this week is a very "nothing-to-look-forward-to" week
No early release, not pay day, no pre planned gathering... ...
Hmm but there are certain things that brighten up my week =)

Firstly, this is baked by one of my manager
Cool right, gotta work still have time to bake stuff =)



Meet You Wei and Fion for lunch on Wednesday
Haha, You Wei is working in the same company as me
After 3 months of work, I finally found someone I know in this big organisation =)

Thursday after work, went Plaza Singapura with Eileen
We are very disappointed that we forget to take pictures loh =(

Dinner at Manhattan Fish Market (my "Er Jie" recommendation)



As it's Friday, we are "force-to-leave" after eating
So we decided to walk around and we found a very cute and sweet shop that we spent almost 1 hour shopping inside

And introducing my new "friend"



Isn't it cute? and it will swing left and right when you clap or touches it
I am going to bring it to office to accompany me

Eileen bought alot more things
2 soft toys, 1 pen and a cardholder *all super cute can!!!*
I am very tempted to bring them home too but my mum will nag me for buying these "useless" stuff

As for yesterday, I was late for work because of the MRT technical problem
Hmm, nan de late for work won't get scolded and won't feel guilty at all =x

In the afternoon, lunch with Pris & colleague, Fion and Ziyun =)
And meet Shuqi and Zixin after work at Marina Square for "F1"...



Haha~ just joking, that's my colleague's tickets =p
I was bluffing Shuqi that Zixin and I got the tickets but because we meeting her we decided not to go =x

Initially, our plan is to go Hai Qing Hai but thinking that it's quite expensive to go there and listen to people sing, we decided to go kbox and sing instead
Hmm but I must really say it's VERY EXPENSIVE!!!
I redeemed $20 voucher and yet still gotta pay $30 per person!!!
I am NOT going karaoke on Friday night anymore

Don't think I am going out this weekend

I have work for 3 months!!!

Thank god from all religion that everything is quite okie so far

Meet Sing Siew in the afternoon today to Elva Autograph Session at J8
Same thing, we are lazy to queue early, so we only reached there at 2pm (the autograph session is at 2.30pm)

And since we are not very early, photos are not as nice as yesterday's

Went Coffeebean to have coffee and cakes and after resting, SHOPPING!!!

Hiya,

Today is a very fruitful day
Went Chinatown with my mum in the morning to buy crab home to cook chili crab
It's much much cheaper to buy and cook at home than going to restaurants
But it's really very difficult to cook crabs
I think I must learn the skills from my mum, so that I know how to cook it in the future (a bit hard though =x)

Next, went Marina Sqaure to settle my contact lens problem
I have been wearing specs to work for the past 1 week
Thanks Zixin for accompanying me =)
The good thing is there is nothing wrong with my eyes, it's the contact lens problem
There is a crack somewhere which they claimed that it's due to my nails =x
So gotta wait till next week then I can wear lens again =(
*nerdy sharon is back again*

Bought some masks from Face Shop and a very cute calandar for year 2009
Sounds abit too early but I must grab it fast before it has no more stocks

Meet Melissa and Sing Siew at Tampines, had a simple dinner at Ding Tai Feng then proceed to Expo

It's quite chaotic, there's no proper queue (which I appreciate that to a certain extent though =x)
Muahah~ those ah tiong who book seats got chase away
Cause their tickets don't have stamp =p
(haha~ what's the point of queueing early and run in? still lose to us =x *super hao lian*)
Thank you "company" for giving me good tickets
Like what I told Melissa, nan de my lobang got this kind of good seats
Cause they told me is free seating then no privileges de

In the end, we managed to get the first and second row seats
Woohoo!!!

Fish Leong Autograph Session @ Bugis

After our mini mooncake festival celebration in office yesterday, I went bugis to shop for my secret mission. Shh... ...

At the same time, fish leong autograph session



As sharon is no-longer-that-young, she decided to stand one side to listen to her sing and then go shopping when they start the autograph session

The queue was super duper long lah, heard that there are more than 600 people yesterday

And after 1 hour of shopping or so, I went back to the stage and the queue is about to end
Then I join the queue =x

Just finish watching the dvd, I think it's worth buying, cause it's much nicer than the one I bought n years ago
That previous one is kinda boring, this one is much better, in terms of effects and her performance
The cd also include other singers songs that she sang during the concert, nice =)

New Look!

Hiya~ new blogskin!
As usual, I will change my blogskin once every year, just that this year I do it earlier

I have enough of the dull and boring template, this blogskin quite sweet right?

Life might be so boring at times but at least I can make my blog more lively by changing to a brighter blogskin. So why not?

In fact, I created another blog under wordpress, however, I didn't proceed cause wordpress does not have tagboard which I need it in my blog so that you all can tag whatever things you all want/ like

By the way, I received my notification of result
Good, no error, though I still hope something will happen to my Organisational Theory result and make my overall result looks even nicer
But it's okie, that doesn't really matter =p

As for the Graduate Presentation Ceremony, anyone going?
My parents say I can go as long as I got friends going also
I feel like going leh but the $$ stop me from doing so
Somemore need to apply leave
Guess what, if my parents go with me, they got to pay £45 per person for admission!!!
(that exclude all the air tickets, accomodation, food... ...)
Expensive, I think they really love our money, they can't even spare us for the last time =x

I really enjoy myself yesterday
Though we seldom meet up but we always have lotsa things to share with each other
Even though I didnt see Zhen Zhu, Rayduin and Wendy for almost 6 years?!

Looking forward to Batam seafood trip man and card games
Cause we can play like millionaire =p

Went Marina to meet my beloved UOB ex colleagues
We make it an effort to meet up once a month if possible
And thank you girls for making it possible
