There goes my long weekend

Hiya~

I have fully recovered from my stomach flu and food poisoning=)
*steph, I still remember last time we watch leehom I wasn't feeling very well, I WONT LET HISTORY REPEAT ITSELF!!!*

I seriously think they should allow me to go TCM, cause western medicine is too strong for me to tahan, I have been sleeping like nobody's business for the past few days
(except Saturday cause I am going out and thus I didn't take any medicine =x)

Went to eat 大闸蟹 with my parents, brother & girlfriend
Pardon me but this is the first time I eating it
Taste good =)

But kinda expensive also, these 3 crabs cost me almost $100 bucks



And desserts!!!~~~ Woohoo



Last but not least, something that I bought while shopping with Fion before meeting UOB colleagues



I bought this because my previous case cracked and I can't bring it out anymore
But hor, the compartments doesn't fit the old one very well
So I decided to start using this and the old one, I will just used it at home aka before I go out =x

Very nice right?!



Dinner with UOB colleagues was great
Furthermore, the attendance is quite good
9 people leh! all thanks to Shannon for planning and doing all the coordination =)

Had lotsa fun chit chatting, laughing and updating our life
After dinner, the super on Liling, Fion, Chris and me proceed to Cineleisure K Box
(not saying the rest not onz la, cause they have programmes after dinner le)

If you scare that KTV sessions will become emo sessions, then please ask Chris along
He can make u laugh non stop and even singing emo songs you will feel like laughing
(hmm, is it a compliment or ??? haha~)

Went Chinatown this afternoon with Steph and Melissa to collect my dar concert tickets!
I am very satisfied with the seating arrangement =)
YEAH! 2 more weeks to go~~~

Then proceed to City Link to collect Jay Chou album
Hmm listen to it once, nothing with great impact on me yet
*a bit disappointed*

btw, thank you Steph, Melissa and Zixin (esp. Zixin) for the "counselling session"

A Not-So-Friday Friday

Hi all,

This week is a relatively emo week for me
Nothing bad or pathetic happen during work or what
But don't know why at period of the day, I will feel super down and emo
I don't feel happy or excited even when knowing today is friday =x

Though this week there is a piece of good news whereby some of my friends already know
(same thing, pls don't tag about it here)
But this doesn't really help to brighten up my week for too long :(

Haiz, seriously I don't like myself to be like that
And if I am not wrong, I thought my emo character is not as bad compared to n years ago
So please don't come back!!!

Haha~ sounds super ambiguous, not that I don't want to share
But it's hard as I always can't express myself well in words
Or in the first place, what am I emo-ing about?!
Bleah!

Offsite @ JB

Yesterday was our company offsite to JB
It has been quite some years since I last travel in BIG groups
Quite excited actually though it's only a one day trip

Wakie at 530am and met Eileen and Jasmine at Raffles MRT control and took a 5 mins walk to office

We were greeted by Mac breakfast and goodie bag prepared by the organisers =)
Besides eating breakfast, chit chatting and sleep, how can we forget to take pictures right?!

After a round of games and presentation, had buffet lunch in the hotel
We start to get crazy since we are more awake

After some games and presentations, we left the hotel and
It's Shopping time !!!
Hmm, but sad to say I didn't manage to buy anything
Wanted to get myself a new bag, a pair of shoes and some goodies
However, the shopping mall that they brought us does not have the things I want
And all the things are considered expensive and nothing different from spore
(might as well buy in Spore)
Thus in the end, me, Yuan Rong, Jasmine and Alex ended up drinking coffee at Starbucks

After a 2hour plus of "shopping", we proceed to seafood restaurant for dinner
It reminds me of Chung Cheng councillor trip to Malaysia n years ago
Food was quite okie, got fish, got prawn, got sotong, got crab
Taste ok but nothing fantastic =x
Had a great time laughing and joking during dinner session
Think our table laugh the loudest ba =x

Headed home after dinner
Though it's a very short trip and though there is a period of time whereby the "situation" is quite weird (eileen you know what I am referring to right? hee)

Overall, I still enjoy myself
Simply because of all the good friends that I have in the company
They really brighten up my day, without them, I don't think my 4 months will be that smooth sailing and happy =)

*looking forward to ktv session after work tomorrow, $10 for 3hour session
Super cheap right? Hope the system is good man~~~

A Mei Star Tour Encore!

Round 2 of A Mei Star Tour with Eileen, Yuan Rong & bf =)





The super far away stage
But I am contented that I am present =)



Same as the first round, the concert is superb!!!
Great audience, great band and a born to sing performer!
Though most of the rundown is the same but I am glad that she and her team bothers to make some changes to surprise us

New songs include Alicia Key's If I Ain't Got You, Stefanie Sun's 天黑黑, the Turandot theme song and her own 我可以抱你吗？and 勇敢

And as usual, she never fails to interact with the audience

When she is going to sing Turandot theme song (全球首播)
"你们不要放上去youtube 噢 "
(so no choice, I am not going to post on youtube =p)

When everyone start screaming and shouting after she finish singing a song
"好了啦,你们又唱又跳不会累吗?"
"刚刚说爱我的那个人在哪里?"

There is someone who scream when she asked everyone to stop screaming
"对了,他就比你们聪明,当整场安静下来时才喊"我爱你",我才听到嘛"
(then everyone starting shouting again when it's slience)
"你们现在都知道了就不好玩了" and many many more... ...

She cried a few times yesterday but not compromising on the performance and vocal
Someone scream out of tune when she is about to sing 人质, she laughed for a while but still manage to finish the whole song nicely

And not forgetting lotsa "sing along sessions" whereby she just sit on the stage like a child and listen to us and "workout sessions" where she asked everyone to stand up and dance

To summarise, it's a good show and I am proud to have her as my idol and role model
She rocks!!! Haha~

After a tired and crazy session, went East Coast to have supper
*thanks Yuan Rong and bf for sending me home*
