sorry har... not in a very good mood today... so dun think the entry will b interesting one... just need to complain and scold ppl here...so if u all dun wan better dun read... i realli feel like quiting loh... tml have to work full shift... men department... pls NO troublesome customer... today got one old 38 scolded me at the counter when she is at fault... she is not in the queue and i attended to her immediately after i finish the rest... and she started screming at me saying tt i shld guide her to the "right" queue when there is a big arrow showing the direction la... some more she say got one lady came later than her... no loh... she already stand there b4 she came... just tt she is also looking at other stuff beside her... wad the hell loh... make me so pai seh and yet i cannot scold her back... and the worse thing is i even say "thank you and sorry"... i realli dunno wad i am doing now loh... the sharon i noe is will scold at ppl when she is not at fault one loh... and y am i doing it now!!! somemore she continue scolding after i finish her transaction... better dun let me c her again... if not i will realli scold her... at most sack me which i realli hope they would... i kanna shift to morning shift le... which mean i may have some problem teaching tution le... wad the hell... nv tell me then change... though i did once request to b shifted up la... but now i already plan everything nicely le... haiz... some more the schedule sux loh... got 5 full shift and i request for thurs off is NOT apporved... then still wan me request for wad!!! 2nd day of new year also need to work... ARGHZ!!!!
