super bored now... watching bai fen bai and slacking with fion and company... hee~ oh man... someone just shift the tv to her side... i cannot see le... =(

got a super disgusting case today... a customer call in to check the card status of his sup card... BUT the prob is tt is a debit card!!! how to issue sup card?!

waste my time loh... i have been emailing various departments for the whole morning till now loh... ARGHZ!!! when i noe the card is a debit card i almost fainted...

fion finally collect her campus card at the reception today... i wonder how come the company hire them to b at the reception counter... not friendly at all... it looks as if fion owe them money or wadsoever...

thomas and i also applied for visa mini today... haha~ we just print the form and submit in the tray... shall HFC the card too... hee~ wonder how many days they need... =)
