i am very impressed with DBS and the type of service they provide

just called in to cancel one of my debit cards
(dont worry, i am not going to post the picture of my card online, even though it's not active anymore. oopz)

and the call took me less than 3 mintues including waiting time and me listening to the prompts for 2 times before pressing the right options

and definately i believed that their system is much better than the beloved bank that i previously worked in =p

u might be thinking
better? in what way?

the super friendly and hyper CSR whom i spoken to told me that my card will be cancelled with immediate effect
i was like "dont be crazy, immediate effect?!
UOB need 3-5 working days leh..."

(but of cos i didnt say that in front of him lah)

so kpo me went online to check my DBS banking immediately
and to my surprise
really cancelled le =x

that's really very fast huh?
and what i call efficiency sia =)

though UOB allows me to accumulate points to exchange vouchers
but the rate so low, every $5=UNI$1
UNI$2027 can change what?
