today is a super disgusting day for me... though i have a nice lunch with melissa... long time since we met... like wad she says... ever since i start working in uob...

i cried during work today... because of a very stupid case... it's a very long story... pardon me for that... =x

okie a cx (short form for customer) call in to check on some italian restaurant promotion... he wans to see is there any such restaurant he can visit...

so he give us a call and i help me check through the net... and yupz... i give him one of those restaurant... then he commented that there shldnt b the onli italian restaurant with promo rite... so he ask for more... advice him to check through the net for more info he dare to say "oppz... too bad... i am already on my way out... tt's y i am calling u..."

and then... nvm...this time.. instead of just checking through the net... i check with one of my TL (aka team leader)... she try to search for me but there isnt any... so she suggest i give cx a callback after doing a check with other department... okie... so i suggest to cx tt i will give him a call... but he very insistant that i must give him an answer now... so no choice my TL give me the catalog of last year's promo... as the cx die die wants the name of those italian restaurant...

ya and so i started naming all those restaurant to him... and u must know how diff it is to name those stupid italian rest. loh... and ya... finally he stop me and ask me more abt tt certain rest... and ya i told him there is 10% off total bill and for plat card holder, he will b able to have free cockage... BUT i told him tt that was for last year and suggest him to call the rest. before going down to make sure if they still have this promo or not...

but like wad i say... he is a super disgusting cx... he refuse to call and say tt it's our responsibilty to call for him... okie... so being nice... i call the rest. and ask on his behalf... ya... i didnt tell them i am from uob... and ya... the info tt i got is 10% off for food and 15% for plat holder... nothing got to do with cockage... and ya... so i tell cx this info and saying that for cockage wise he need to check with them again as the info tt i got from them is these 2 discounts la...

and ya... tt's my conversation with him... HOWEVER... within 15 mins... a lady call in and look for me... she insisted that i told the cx the wrong info... as cx claimed that i say there is free cockage... okie... so i explain to her the whole story and instead of being understanding... she started scolding me for being so stupid to tell cx last year promo... and come on... in the first place i already tell cx tt's for last year promo ( as he refuses to let me check out for the lastest dinning promo in the first place) and i even call and tell him the lastest one...

but tt stupid lady apparently is stupid enough and keep scolding me and even wants me to apologise to cx saying tt is my fault who give him the wrong info...

and COME ON... in the first place... it's not my fault k? u wan me to say sorry for things i didnt do?! sorry i simply cannot do it...

so tt stupid lady just scream at me for the last time and say tt she give me a chance to save the situation and i refuse... so she is going to escalate to the top mgt tomorrow... and she just say u wait and see wad will happen to u tml...

yupz... so after tt call... i started crying like mad... chris was like trying to cheer me up and comfort me not to worry la... and when i went out... mahes also saw me crying...(so paiseh)... they all ask me not to worry as the conversation is recorded and nothing will happen to me...

okie la... enough of tt... i know i type very long...

though chris wont be reading my blog la...
thanks for waiting for this slow girl with lotsa follow ups, offering to help me to do it on sat and smsing fion to help me settle everyone's timesheet so that i no need to go back office tml (though still i am going back)
and thanks for the rocher to cheer me up... appreciate that... =)

i think johann (my leader) will faintz when he look at my "works" timing... cos i was crying for quite some time... and yesterday tt stupid uncle call also make me feel so pissed off... ya okie la... tt is also a very disgusting case... but i shall not flood u all with tt anymore...
