OFF DAY!!!
first time i feel so happy for my off day...
finally... the day that i am looking forward to... today is a hard day... the calls are non stop... the call queue can go all the way up to 30+++...

singaporeans... are u all that bored?! go shopping or do something more meaningful then... STOP calling in and ask stupid question... =x
and things become worse when customer are nasty... and they will be screaming and shouting at u... when they are asking a favour... want me to waive off late charge, interest... .. still dare to scream at me... omg... wad kind of world are we living in... (of cos there are nice people around too... but most of them are not)
and after abt 2 weeks at the main line... i can conclude something...
nasty customer are those highly educated and not-that-educated people... okie la... i know this statement is bias... but generally speaking this statement does make sense k?!
not-that-educated people will scold and nag nag nag... (and that realli test ur patience) until u buay tahan and will submit request and monitor account for them blah blah blah... cos u just want to end the conversation asap...
as for the highly educated people... i think it's even worse... they think they are very clever and somemore they have better command in language and so they demand even more... so wad if u are highly educated? u can even talk in a civilise manner... shame on u!!!
but in this world... being nasty is an advantage... it helps u to get what u wan... no wonder singaporeans like to complain so much...
and end up poor me have LOTSA follow ups... i am claiming OT almost everyday... ALL THANKS TO THEM HUH!!!
i dun understand y they must make things difficult for us and they will never understand how it feels to sit there for hours and doing so many things at a time... and ya... nasty customer will always have something in common... a very typical "speech" from them...
"ah... who am i speaking to? how to spell? i want to take your name down..." (in a SUPER HIGH PITCH)
but yesterday i was quite sad... because a customer's wife called in and "beg" me to call her husband who is in hong kong as his mum is in the hospital and i think dying or some emergency la... then i called him and he request to have a temp increase so that he can buy air ticket to rush back to spore... but i raise the request twice but not successful as he join us for less than 6 months...
i realli hope i can help but haiz... i got limited power and end up i have to call and reject him... can hear that he was actually quite sad la... i am sad too... cos i dun think anyone will come out with this kind of excuses or reason to request for temp increase ba... haiz...
okie... i feel better now... haha~ paiseh people... i am getting more and more bad tempered and naggy due to this job... cya ard... time to relax and stop thinking abt work... =)
