Hihi... didnt update yesterday... too tired to do that... tried handling the calls yesterday... hmm faced some difficulties in the beginning... cos not used to it and didnt read the notes during the weekend... hee~

but i like my seat... yesterday one is the best... good scenery, got tv and somemore thomas and shi rui sitting beside me... so i can ask them if i got prob... as for today... not bad la... at least got thomas and patrick to accompany me... =)

handled some nasty customers... i will always rem the one hu cant even speak properly and repeatedly ask me if i noe wad's the meaning of waiver... oh man... tt's so insulting!!! i work in the bank k? if i dunno wad a wavier means i shldnt b able to work loh... *bleah*

today is much better... just tt i am SUPER BUSY!!! keep running around... checking application status... photocopying notes for myself and the rest of my group... and LOTSA CALLS but lucky they are not those super demanding type... (but of cos some are more troublesome la =x)

BUT i dun wish people calling me "pei yin"... sounds so weird... even when i introduce myself i feel as if i am introduing other people to the customer loh... oh ya... the reason y i cannot use "sharon" is bcos there is another "sharon" there... and ya she is more senior... so i have to b the one changing... hmm still thinking if i shld find another christian name or not... cos "pei yin" is also giving me lotsa prob... customer will "huh" everytime i told them my name... wad shld i change huh???

alvin ( our ic) change serene's name to kristen la... a bit out of point rite? super no link... wonder y he choose this name out of so many... haha~ hmm mayb i shld also change a name starting with "k" huh... join in the fun... =p

and fion stop calling me "pink"... ya cos she say it somehow sounds like my chinese name which i seriously dun think so... haha~it's super nan ting... u noe i was realli paiseh when thomas called me "pink" and reminded me that i shld go breadtalk to get my bread???!!! is double suaning loh... *sobz* i think my bro will laugh till pengz if he noe u all call me "pink" la...
