today is quite a nice day for me... actually i am qutie heng today as i didnt realli face any big prob...

y i say i lucky? cos today i nv kanna scolded though i got do wrong stuff... powerlender ( the system that we are using) kanna disabled... try filling up some forms for escalation purpose... and ya... i happily sign beautifully on the form without writing down any names la... and worse still thomas did the same thing as me (cos we copy frm each other)... just tt i worse la... even got the credit card number wrongly =x then he came as ask ard who's signature is that la... then i quickly take back... heng he nv scold loh... if not i will b super guilty...

work is getting more and more busy... more and more responsibility... we need to handle almost everything ourselves le... hopefully everything is fine ya... and hopefully all the 12 of us wont get nasty customers anymore... and no scoldings ya =)JIAYOU JIAYOU JIAYOU!!!
